In discussions with many of the consultants they work with, a clearer definition of the TAB candidate has emerged. Two factors are most indicative: experience and personality. 

1.  Experience: 8-10 years performing at a high corporate level; (VP, Director...) - or - as a business consultant - or - as a business owner.

The knowledge that comes with the equivalent of a decade of senior executive responsibilities, running your own business or consulting with business owners is the  credibility that is core to the TAB facilitator. TAB is a proven system for facilitating multiple groups of 8-10 non-competing business owners (boards) and also  individually coaching each business owner (board member) on a monthly basis. Our model creates a pipeline of business owners and trusting relationships with
our franchisees (TAB Facilitators). By design TAB enables our facilitators to also build a consulting business. These are just 3 of the profit centers our franchisees leverage by building strong relationships with the business owners that sit on their boards.

2. Personality: Strong presentation skills; a "natural" networker with an energetic, persuasive personality who prefers working with people.

TAB provides complete, proven, targeted marketing campaigns and 20 days of specialized field sales support. Our sales pros partner with the new franchisee to maximize the sales process and convert the business owners that have responded to our marketing into board members for the new Facilitator. However the new franchisee must be comfortable, energetic and persuasive on the phone, in front of a group of 20, and face-to-face as they build the TAB business with us - or on their own. These business development skills are critical to successfully launching and growing a TAB franchise.
