By "Ideal", we mean those transactions where the seller receives full price based on the true value of the business. The buyer is willing to pay full price because, in the Ideal Transaction, the buyer has a clear vision of how the business can be taken to a higher level. Thus, the buyer is buying growth. We believe that this approach creates satisfied sellers and buyers in the short term and, more importantly, repeat customers in the long term.

VR Business Brokers is, therefore, about creating relationships with buyers and sellers that extend beyond any given transaction. If we are successful helping a buyer purchase a business and they successfully grow that business, then when it comes time to sell, the choice of broker is obvious. If we are successful in getting a seller full value and if that seller decides to buy another business, again the choice of broker is obvious. For us, that would be ideal.
